Expert Q&A
Quick, accurate answers from Curated experts to the frequently asked questions
How do you use Keo Blade pedals?
Look Keo pedals work similarly to other clipless pedal systems. Simply put, clip into the pedal by aligning the cleat with the pedal and pushing downward, and clip out of the pedal by twisting your foot outward. Practice these motions while leaning against a wall before trying on the road.

How long do Look Keo pedals last?
Look Keo pedals will last a different amount of time for each and every user. Factors that contribute to how long they will last are overall mileage, riding conditions and cleat replacement when needed. If you feel any resistance in the pedal, or it no longer feels smooth, it may be time to replace your pedals or service the bearings.

Are all Look Keo pedals compatible?
The short answer is yes, if it has Keo in the name, they all use the Look Keo cleat. This is not to be confused with the Look Delta cleat, which used to be the standard cleat from Look a number of years ago, and is still used on many spin bikes, including Peleton.

Will keep you locked in and give you great pedal efficiency on the up and down stroke. The strength of the clip is adjustable to make it easier/harder to clip out! Low weight and easy on the knees!
