She had another crappy cheap snowboard before this, but it wasn't great. This is a big improvement! Hard to get concrete feedback :) , but overall she feels it is easier, more forgiving, and more responsive. great board for her! she likes it and it is a better board than the previous Chamonix crap board she had.

As someone buying skis for the first time, but having skied for a few years Leo was incredibly helpful! He took into account what I prioritized but also explained why a suggestion might be out of my initial request. For example, he got ahead of my question on why bindings are expensive and why it is important to not only focus on the skis but the bindings as well.

He asked what I was looking for, and ended up narrowing it down to exactly what I need/want, to further my skills. He’s very knowledgeable and approachable, and overall very friendly.
