She had another crappy cheap snowboard before this, but it wasn't great. This is a big improvement! Hard to get concrete feedback :) , but overall she feels it is easier, more forgiving, and more responsive. great board for her! she likes it and it is a better board than the previous Chamonix crap board she had.

I was looking to upgrade my beginner set of skis (Atomic Cloud 9s) and had no idea where to begin. Joe asked all the right questions to help me narrow down what I wanted out of my next set.
