Product details

The Daiwa Certate LT Spinning Reel is a lightweight, corrosion-resistant, premium spinning reel. It has 10 + 1 corrosion-resistant ball bearings and a 5.2:1 or 6.2:1 gear ratio. Built from a one-piece monocoque aluminum body, this reel is made lighter and tougher (LT concept). The Magsealed body and line roller seal this reel from corrosive elements. The Airbail feature reduces weight and adds to better line management. Conventional anglers who want a lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and high-quality reel would use this.

Key Features:

  • DigiGear™ Gearing – The DigiGear™ technology ensures proper meshing of the drive and pinion gears for smoother reel function.
  • Automatic Tournament Drag– The drag system of this reel can exert up to 26.4 lbs.
  • Long Cast ABS Technology – Due to its decreased weight and altered shape, casts from this spool average up to 5% longer.

This is a very high-end reel for some serious fishing! This is durable, sleek, and all-around enjoyable to use! With a 22 lb max drag, nothing is going to be burning this reel out, and it is saltwater ready as well! The spool can hold up to 130 yards of 10 lb. monofilament or 185 of 10 lb. braid. The 6.2:1 gear ratio makes for great retrieve speed, lure presentation, and it helps keep the hook set!
