The Lamson Litespeed F fly reel is a fly reel every fly fisherman should aspire to own. Lamson has long been known to produce some of the most impressive fly reels available on the market. The Lamson Litespeed F has a super large arbor for amazing retrieval rates, as well as a fully sealed conical disc drag system that is smooth and will stop hard-fighting fish in their tracks if needed. The only slightly negative thing about this reel is that the seal on the drag can allow small sediment pieces, such as sand, into the drag system if not sealed properly. Even with this small issue, using a quick rinse with clean, fresh water will resolve the small impediment.

The Lamson Litespeed F Fly Reel is a machined aluminum, large-arbor fly reel. Designed to be extremely lightweight, this reel features a sealed conical drag system. A unique spring set creates a linear progression of torque with fine resolution near the lightest drag settings. This reel comes in three sizes to accommodate rod weights from 2 to 8. Fly anglers of all skill levels would use this. Key Features:

Rylyn found a sale for the Douglas Sky G rod and recommended it. He said that this was the best rod in the market and so I bought it. We paired it with monic Trout Master fly line. I was not disappointed at all! The rod feels intuitive and natural to cast. I could cast more accurately and a longer distance than I ever did with my previous rod.
