The Lamson Velocity Fly Rod is a fast action fly rod designed to fish large(r) water systems with large(r) flies or nymph rigs. Built on a high modulus graphite blank, this rod possesses the power needed to turn over larger flies. Intermediate to advanced anglers would use this.

- Protective Rod Tube – The rod tube protects the rod for travel and storage.
- Lockdown Reel Seat – Rather than securing the reel by the curved foot of the reel, this secures the reel by the side for a more secure attachment.
