Matthew was so helpful. I had no idea how complicated shopping for an espresso machine would be, and before I knew it, I was in over my head. I purchased an espresso machine several months ago and starting having difficulties with it. I was ready to buy a brand new one because I couldn't get through troubleshooting on my own.
