Honestly, I think the Ride Psychocandy is a great choice for riders intermediate and up, who are looking for a board to cruise the entire mountain. I typically ride in the PNW and really enjoy this board no matter what the conditions are that day! On a powder day, I find the Psychocandy really floats on top of the snow due to its wide waist width and volume-shifted shape. Also since you ride this board a little shorter than your typical snowboard, it was super fun & easy to ride in the trees. On groomer days, it was great for craving around & hitting some small jumps. It has this really cool sidewall that blends carbon with a soft urethane to give the board a smooth but snappy ride.
