Expert verdict

The Ride Zero Snowboard 2023 is a gem for those who love versatility on the slopes. Its Standard Camber profile offers excellent edge control, making it a reliable choice for both park tricks and all-mountain adventures. The Asymmetrical Quadratic Sidecut ensures smooth turns, while the Flat Kick Tips provide extra lift in powder. I love how the Performance Core adds stability without compromising on playfulness. However, it might not be the best for high-speed runs. Overall, it's a fantastic board for those looking to progress in freestyle and enjoy a bit of everything on the mountain.

I really liked how lightweight it felt, thanks to something called Slim Wall construction. It made it easier to flip and spin around it still feels strong and durable. This snowboard has a full twin. It has some rocker and other parts that are flat. This mix makes the board feel stable but also playful, so I could easily turn... Read more

This is my go to board for days when conditions just aren't it. The Ride Zero eases you in and out of turns with snappy response. It's twin profile makes it very easy to ride switch and the wide tip and tail make buttering effortless and fun. I tend to bring this board with me to the mountain every day.... Read more

Ride Zero is Amazing

Originally posted at ridesnowboards.com on May 16, 2024
I had never ridden a Ride board before but had always wanted to check one out; I found a 2024 Zero at a local shop, scooped her up, and it was one of the best decisions I made all year. I live in NW Vermont and the Zero took on all conditions without pause. Ice, chunder, more ice, it didn't matter; I always felt confident in the edge hold and stability, and that asymmetrical sidecut made the Zero wicked fun to ride. I had never ridden an asym board before, but it didn't feel weird or anything like that, which I didn't expect. I didn't ride for years and basically had to relearn everything during the 2023 season, and the Zero was the perfect board to keep me progressing and pushing myself. It's a great daily driver, even in crap VT conditions, and jibbing rails or boxes in the park was a breeze. I suck at jumps, but even I can get this thing to soar. It's one of the best boards I've ever ridden, hands down, and I'm going to keep it until it falls apart underneath my boots. Thanks Ride, keep up the awesome work!

Zero

I now have about 4 days on this board. The flex and playfulness is like no other. I am a true Ride fan after experiencing these boards. The Zero is a very fun board to ride and with the wide version I dropped to a 157 instead of my normal 159

Kat was so helpful!
5 /5
Kat was so patient with all my questions and truly helped me figure out what gear would work best for me! She recommended me a good couple of boards and went into detail on each one and what the different features were and how they’d benefit me. As someone who buys for looks and pretty colors, I’m glad I had help to be confident in my purchase for my ride style and experience level!

As someone buying skis for the first time, but having skied for a few years Leo was incredibly helpful! He took into account what I prioritized but also explained why a suggestion might be out of my initial request. For example, he got ahead of my question on why bindings are expensive and why it is important to not only focus on the skis but the bindings as well.

He has extensive knowledge, and was really able to find the perfect setup for me and my riding style as well as my bank account. Also was honest and kept me from making a purchase that I might regret. We talked for at least an hour and the whole time he was very helpful. All in all he really knows his stuff when it comes to getting you into the perfect set up. I highly recommend him. Thanks again Frankie.

Tyler was awesome!
5 /5
I’ve been using a board from 2005 for the last 4 or so years now. Finally decided it was time to upgrade but had no idea of what to upgrade to. He asked what I was looking for, and ended up narrowing it down to exactly what I need/want, to further my skills. He’s very knowledgeable and approachable, and overall very friendly. Was nice talking to Tyler and I’m super stoked to get up on the mountain.
