The Curated Take
This is a fantastic binding for the rider looking to ride all over the mountain. The nylon infused baseplate gives a very responsive feel, while the canted foam footbeds give you plenty of cushion for bigger hits and keep you comfortable all day.
The straps are great and easily adjustable. They conform very well to any boot, and the toe strap is actually my favorite one on the market right now. They also use a high quality ratchet and ladder system that locks in securely and easily to keep you planted and dial in fit.
The highbacks are stiff, and utilize a "gap eraser" technology that keeps your boot full against the heel cup regardless of how much forward lean you dial in. They offer great response, while maintaining enough flex to keep these bindings just a little more playful than a true freeride binding.
These are my go-to when I want to spend all day on the mountain riding a little bit of everything. I have taken them from the backcountry, to high alpine terrain inbounds, through the trees, and into the park, and have never felt let down by them. I have them mounted to a Ride Berzerker as a killer all mountain freeride setup.
