The Velvet is the choice of Gnu team riders who approach the whole mountain like their park. It’s snappy flex and C2 contour work in synergy for pop and stability. It features intuitive asym geometry, and Magne-Traction®, so it is catch-free and responsive. The textured poly top is durable, sheds snow and gives the eco-sublimated graphics by Hannah Eddy a down to earth vibe. The Velvet is comfortable in any conditions and as balanced in the park as it is in banked slaloms or street sessions.
This board is extremely fun. I love the torsional flex that it has which really helps the quick edge to edge response. The mid flex that is board has to offer is an absolute blast, it can handle any terrain on the mountain. It holds a great edge with the magne-traction and is quite stable for a mid flex board at high speeds. I love how this board is so versatile. Its so fun as an all mountain board even though it might be considered more of a park board. I absolutely recommend this board because it can handle it all.
