This is is great for an advanced skier who likes to ski in all conditions. This ski would be perfect for a one ski quiver. This ski is a driver and handles super well at speed without any chatter with it's new Carbon Tips. It has a triple turn radius, so you can carve short quick turns, or long, wide turns. The Volkl secret is versatile and can charge through heavy wet snow, crud, or even crusty conditions without any trouble, but can also float and perform perfectly well on those fluffy powder days too! If you like to ski anywhere where there's a chance the conditions might be less than "perfect" this ski is for you! For example this ski is perfect in heavy wet snow known as "Cascade Concrete", in the Pacific Northwest. I demoed so many skis looking for the perfect one to handle the crud, and this one was the big winner.
