Shopping for a new board for the first time in (gasp) 17 years! I have been riding a Burton Feelgood and while I still love the board, it's time to see how things have changed. Vincent helped with selecting a few boards, and then was super patient with me while I popped back in...day after day, looking through things, reading reviews, spending lots of time overthinking my decision....all the while Vincent was there checking in to see if I needed help. And when I did he was super responsive in answering all my questions. Was leaning toward the Burton Feelgood again, but decided to try something new and "settled" on the Arbor Swoon Camber.
