I love the Anima for big open bowls, hard charging, and hitting the biggest cliffs/ jumps. If you like quick turns, lightweight and snappy skis, this is not for you. If you love to just open it up and ski as hard and fast as you can, the Anima is your weapon of choice. Landing cliffs on these skis feels like a cheat code. They love to go straight downhill and the size and weight of them makes airs feel effortless. For variable snow, and chopped up moguls, I love the Anima. Again, the size and weight just blast through all of that crud and ride right over bumps. The first day riding these I realized that when I feel like Ricky Bobby and just wanna go fast, I reach for my Animas. Great ski!

- Incredibly stable.
- Super damp
- Heavy/ powerful
- Hard to initiate turn, especially for beginner skier

A rejuvenating treatment for the animal to improve its performance on hard ground and at low speed.
The side lines have been lengthened to the extremities to reinforce its hold, its flex has been homogenized, its heel lightly drawn-out and its tip enlarged. With better weight balance, this freeride beast has an improved performance on hard snow and has gained precision.

This ski is built for skiiers going fast through off piste terrain. If you watch Kristofer Turdell ski this on the FWT you will get an idea on the kind of terrain and skiier this ski was designed to be driven by. This ski comes alive the faster you ski it and needs to be brought up to speed to appreciate how quick and agile it can be! It has a rocker camber rocker profile with quite a bit of camber underfoot that keeps things stable and secure when you straightline out of chutes, couloirs, or run outs on big open faces. If you like to ski fast and aggressive this is the ski for you
- Amazing flotation in deep powder
- Great performance on hard snow thanks to its camber
- Quick edge to edge in tight chutes, couloirs, or in the trees when a quick turn is needed
- Needs to be skied fast
- Prefers big turns instead of short
