The Black Crow Navis Freebird Touring Ski is the ideal ski for those who aim to spend long days in the backcountry. You will be thanking yourself for these lightweight skis on the skin track, at 3400g for the 179cm length you will be able to crush those uphills. On the downhills you will again be thanking yourself, the ski is quick to edge, responsive and playful. This ski hits the perfect balance between lightweight and skiability/stability. At 102mm underfoot, it has good floatation in the deep snow and with the front rocker and flared tip carves the hardpack very well. I believe that this is the perfect ski for someone looking for a touring ski to do both long distance tours as well as daily driver shorter trips. It is very fun to ski and has never let me down and I'm sure it won't let you down either!!
