This product is the best all mountain ski for a mountain west skier who wants a playful, nimble, and versatile ski! Whether in the trees, on the steeps, or throwing 360s off of rock jumps, this ski can do it. I've owned this ski for the past 3 years, and for that time period, it's been my ski for normal snow, as well as my typical touring ski. The most difficult thing about the ski is its long turn radius, but what it lacks in turn radius, it makes up for in edge to edge ability, it can pop off one edge and onto the other like no other ski I've ridden. I love ducking through the trees, and its ability to shift through the trees is unmatched. When skiing on a 184, I feel the full length in stability on the groomers, however it feels like a 175 when in the moguls and trees!
- The mountain west snow in the trees and back bowls
- Swooshing through powder and chalky snow
- Playful skiers that use the mountain as their playground
- Not the most durable ski
- Not great for ice
This is the third edition of this iconic blackcrows ski that first appeared in 2014.
For this new version, it is slightly refined, to gain even more accessibility and versatility. It is truly the everyday big mountain ski, for skiers who like powder but who want impeccable behaviour in all conditions. The lines have been revised and will distinguish it from its predecessors for the discerning eye, but the essential is inside, for a ski that achieves its objectives and delights the heart of the most demanding ones.

- 2023 model isn't as flexible and light as models previous to 2020.
- Sometimes tail drags on soft snow so must be in front seat driving the ski
