The Union Strata combines everything you could want in a binding. The build quality is superior to almost any binding I have used over the years. The new Forma Lab strap is extremely supportive and is in just the right location. The footbed are just soft enough that the chattering is limited and shock absorption is fantastic, while still giving tons of feel. Flex wise I felt it being on the stiffer side of medium which allows it to feel super responsive. I've found the Union Strata to be one of the best do-it-all bindings, and one that you can put onto any board setup and get just what you're looking for.
