The 2023 Union Strata binding is a binding designed to deliver top-tier board feel for any rider. It is compatible with any snowboard deck that has a 4x4 bolt pattern. It uses solid high back tech that locks the rider into a solid feel, along with mini disk tech that provides minimal dead space on the board. This translates into best possible flex feel and response possible. This binding holds up the strong reputation Union has for producing durable bindings.
Key Features:
- Duraflex High Back – It offers a solid high back with a balanced amount of flex. The Duraflex is made of nylon and fused vaporlite.
- Hex Grip Toe Strap – The binding has a lightweight, next-level toe strap. Using nylon Duraflex, it cancels out vibrations.
- Grade 8.8 Hardware – It has the best hardware for mini disk. This is high-quality steel that will take on harsh riding conditions.

I have been looking for skis for this upcoming winter, but honestly, i'm a rookie & had some (alot) of questions. I wanted to learn a little about what gear was recommended to me, and why it was selected- not because I didn't trust it- but, because I like to understand the thought process that goes into it! It's just the way I process things. But, Thomas was patient & happily explained everything to me. I also am horribly inconsistent with my response times, and regardless of when I messaged, he always responded in a matter of minutes. Mad respect for Chris who went the extra mile to find me the perfect fit. Every recommendation was followed up with a thorough comparison of all my options and what made them stand out from each other. He even recorded videos, dude. Really, what more could you ask for. And still he’s not the type to try to convince you that somethings great. He just offers up all the facts to let you sit back and feel things out for yourself.
