I took this hood out on different weather days to see how it stood up. Pretty great on a mild, sunny weather day. Wasn't too hot and helped keep the hair out of my face while riding. The material was perfect for under my helmet as it wasnt too heavy/ thick and didnt make me sweat.
Also took it out on a colder, windy day of riding. The face mask was great for keeping my face from freezing and was easy to pull up and down. Did not ice up super quickly like many face covers seem to. I did need a beanie along with the hood as the hood itself is not very warm, especially with the wind.
The material is super soft and feels good against your face. Doesn't chafe like some hoods do. Fits really well under a helmet.
