I trust the agent3's to work well in all snow conditions and sometimes my safety depends on it. When the snow is good they are fun to turn and the 106 width is a perfect do it all in variable terrain.

Shopping for a new board for the first time in (gasp) 17 years! I have been riding a Burton Feelgood and while I still love the board, it's time to see how things have changed. Vincent helped with selecting a few boards, and then was super patient with me while I popped back in...day after day, looking through things, reading reviews, spending lots of time overthinking my decision....all the while Vincent was there checking in to see if I needed help. And when I did he was super responsive in answering all my questions. Was leaning toward the Burton Feelgood again, but decided to try something new and "settled" on the Arbor Swoon Camber. Honestly don’t know anything but Frankie guided me and provided me with knowledgeable information for my first ever board and gear! Also possibly Frankie could somehow be a wizard because I told him if he can somehow get the boss (my wife) to somehow some way says yes for me to getting the gear then imma get it!
