The Faction Mana 3X is an Intermediate to Expert ski that wants to conquer the whole mountain. This is a lightweight, freeride ski that, with 112mm underfoot, floats effortlessly. This ski should be taken into the bumps, bowls, trees, and JaPOW! You’ll find it pivots quickly and easily in the trees and can even get up on edge on the groomers despite the waist width. The Mana 3X is fully rockered, and while there isn’t a ton of camber underfoot, it’s definitely noticeable. The only terrain I wouldn’t take this ski into is the park to hit rails. If you want to hit big air jumps in the park or side hits all over the mountain, then this is the ski to really make the whole mountain your playground.
My favorite day on these skis was in March of 2023 at Snowbird in Utah. It had absolutely dumped the night before, and we found untouched powder along Cirque Traverse in Middle Cirque. I think I skied the best run of my entire life, and the Mana 3Xs kept me floating on top of the powder the whole way down. My smile was plastered to my face the rest of the day just thinking of that run.

Why did you choose this product?
The Mana 3x has an impressively well rounded personality for a 112mm underfoot ski. People often fear that going to wide will limit their ability to make quick sharp turns or have enough edge control on steep slopes but the Mana 3x has proven that it's more than a one trick powder pony. It's easy to steer in the moguls and trees, happy to play in the park, and more confident at speed in variable conditions than most skis in the 110+ class. Just ask Curated Expert Sara Beeken who took them down the race course at Copper Mountain. This is a great option for someone who wants a powder ski that can still perform elsewhere. What do you love about this product?
I love the whole personality of this ski and think it's a great fit for intermediate, advanced or expert skier in the market for powder ski. It handles powder like a dream while having enough performance versatility to make the most of moguls, trees, and jumps along the way. What is the value for the money versus other options?
The Mana 3x offers impressive stability and versatility for a ski that's more geared towards powder. This is a great option for those who want be able to ski the fresh stuff as well as possible and still comfortably tackle crud, variable conditions, and diverse terrain once the powder is skied out.5.0
