The Rossignol Escaper Telescopic Safety Ski Poles are a game-changer for backcountry enthusiasts. I love how they adjust from 110-135cm, making them versatile for any terrain. The lightweight aluminum shaft is durable, and the extended touring grip offers multiple hand placements, which is a lifesaver on long hikes. The rotating powder baskets are a neat feature, allowing easy adaptation to uneven surfaces. Plus, the quick-release safety straps are a thoughtful addition, ensuring the poles drop away in case of a fall. While they might be a bit pricier, the safety and convenience they offer are worth every penny.

Great pole but...

I love the rotating baskets design and handling. One thing that is really annoying the polestrap keeps loosening and becoming fully undone troughout the day. This is a problem that only happens on this polestrap and not on the freeride pro safety. notice by me and Berni individualy.

Ok poles

So I like the basket design and handles but the straps had to be stitched to keep from coming undone. Today I broke one pole getting off a lift.

Charlie is just a dude that knows dudes who also want to be dudes.

Quick chat with Charlie, easy to figure out what i needed and what fit my needs. Ended up going with a classic ski and binding that I've used in the past that has been updated and is going to be a banger. Cheers Charlie, thanks for the assist.

Ethan was super helpful

Ethan helped me find some really great boots that I wouldn't have really even thought of. I haven't purchased new gear in probably 10 years. A LOOOOTTT has changed. He introduced me to the Dalbello Cabrio line 3 piece boots that have more flex, which I really need with my repaired ACL! He's also torn/repaired his, so we had that in common - super helpful. First season back on the slopes since my repair, so I really need something that can handle my moment / easier on my knees. I like the tongue removal component he suggested since I do have a foot with a plate and pins in it as well. Getting into traditional boots is a giant pain! Looking forward to trying these out!! Thanks Ethan !

My first time making a snowboard purchase. Brenden’s on point he took the time to find out my skill level, and was where I was planning on going. How much I was willing to spend. He gave me a lot of recommendations broke them down to me and even gave me advice on where I should go around my area. If you need help he is the guy.

Zach pays attention to your needs!
5 /5
Zach was great at listening to my request and desires out of equipment. As a 1wk/yr skier. He coulg have just said yep here is your weight, ht. budget and here is your gear. Instead he really paid attention to the issues I have had with gear in the past. The desires I had out of my future gear. Look forward to maybe giving an additional review and feedback when I use this gear in a few weeks.

We started looking at a new ski set starting last year and here we are a year later and I have my gear on the way. Luke was able to guide me through sizing new boots, answer all my questions, and recommend just what I needed. Finally going to be back on my own skis this year, sooo excited! Thanks Luke

Spencer is the absolute best!
5 /5
Spencer was so helpful and kind to me. As a first time rider I was very nervous about getting the right gear that would fit me and be good for me as a beginner. Without hesitation Spencer has sent me a curated list that I completely loved and agreed with. All of his recommendations fit my criteria perfectly and when I asked for some else or something different he got it to me within a matter of seconds. I would recommend Spencer to literally anyone. Fast, knowledgeable, and kind. Absolutely loved him and makes me want to get out there even more!! 100/10
