I just wrapped a long ski season in The North Face Freedom Bibs, so about 40ish days skiing all over Colorado. The Freedom Bibs are North Face's entry level bibs, probably designed for people who get out there 5 to 10 days a year, not 40. That being said they held up great! No issues with any seams, they stayed waterproof all season, zero tears or snags. The durability of these bibs goes way beyond the price point. North Face makes a short, regular and long in each size to get the perfect fit. I am 5'7" and bought the Medium short and my son is 6'2" (my wife is tall) and wears the Medium long, we are both very pleased with the fit. The bibs are 100% wind proof, so correct layering allows you to wear these in any weather.

The most frustrating thing about these bibs is the lack of a two way zipper up front. With only on zipper closure option, one must unzip their jacket or jackets, depending on your layering method, to gain access to the zipper. It's really annoying, especially if you are someone like me who might want to skip the lodge and duck into the trees for a quick potty break.
