The Burton Photon BOA Snowboard Boots are designed for experienced riders looking for a responsive fit and all-day comfort. These boots feature BOA lacing technology which provides a custom fit and easy adjustment. They are also heat-moldable for extra comfort and support. I was able to take these boots all over the mountain and have a great time. Whether it's park or pow these boots provide the responsiveness and comfort that I need all day.

- The double boa make this boot really easy to fit to the foot on the fly
- The ReBounce cushioning make this boot very comfy and gives it enhanced control
- Pricer boot so not for the beginner or budget-friendly consumers

Locked and loaded power. Effortless adjustment and a precision fit come together for a boot that can charge as hard you like.
Charge harder. Explore more, Stomp every move. The men's Burton Photon BOA® Snowboard Boots let you dial in a precision fit for a responsive feel that encourages you to push further. From Vibram® traction lugs for better footing on the boot pack to ReBounce cushioning for enhanced feel and control, the Photon has your back when it's time to do more on your board. The Dual-zone Lockdown BOA® Fit System adds heel-specific tensioning to the two-dial system for increased precision. Heat-moldable liners bring it all together with a custom fit and the enhanced warmth of heat-reflective tech to keep you out on the hill where you want to be.

The Photon BOA is a great all around BOA boot. It shreds bowls, trees, groomers, glades, park, literally everything! The heel hold system does a great job at locking the heel in place and the dual zone BOA allows independent tightening/loosening of the foot and ankle. Pair those features with the Imprint 3 moldable liner and the outcome is an incredibly comfortable boot. The little touches that were added to this boot like the foil underneath the foot to reflect heat is genius. The boot liner lacing system has great ankle support and liners can be swapped out easily because of the simplicity. There are also J-Bars that can be added in to cup around the ankle-bone and provide an even better fit around the heel area. These boots do not loosen on me after long days and are incredibly comfortable. My favorite feature is the dual BOA. It allows me to cinch my boots down and have them super tight for my run. Then when I get to the lift, I just pop the BOAs and loosen the whole boot to relax in comfort. Then when I get back up to the top, it takes me 15 seconds to tighten my boot back up and rip another run!
- The Heel specific tensioning system prevents heel lift well.
- Imprint 3 heat moldable liner is super comfortable.
- Reflective foil underneath the foot does a great job at reflecting heat.
- Easy to overtighten and not realize until a couple of minutes later.
- The J Bar attachments are a little too thick for my feet.
- Could be a little stiffer (medium flex).
