The Head Kore 105 is an all-mountain ski designed for advanced level skiers. This ski can handle any amount of ice, crud, and chunky variable snow that's thrown at it. The Kore series features carbon and graphene to ensure they’re as light as possible without sacrificing strength and dampness.
Key Features:
- Woodcore – Karuba and poplar in the core of the ski provides a lightweight, poppy feel while maintaining strength and flex throughout the ski.
- Topless Tech – The topsheet material has been replaced with a polyester fleece to reduce weight across the ski.
- Koroyd – This honeycomb-like material is at the center of the Kore, providing weight reduction and torsional rigidity throughout.

Fun, super light & lively ski.
Originally posted at www.head.com on Nov 25, 2022I am an athletic 5'10" and 215lbs Masters racer approaching 60. The KORE 105 in the 177cm length is definitely an interesting ski. As these are some of the lightest ski/binding pair I have ever skied, these can get from edge to edge super quickly even though these are 103mm underfoot. The edges hold well on groomers but getting on the front & turning them like an old race ski is not effective due to how stiff these are just in front of the binding. However, simply staying balanced, relaxed & tilting the skis like modern skis are designed produces a solid 16.5m radius turn as advertised with little effort. These were lively through the moguls. Although there wasn't any powder, I did manage to find some crud and while they were not the crud busting action of my heavy 187cm Bonafides with Marker Duke bindings, these were super easy to move through crud and just keep right on going. In the end I can see these replacing my Bonafides for out West trip but I'll probably want to hang onto the Blizzards for the hard-pack east coast slopes.

Best customer service ever!!
5 /5
I was in the process of picking out some ski equipment and I got matched with Gary. He was amazing answered every question I had and gave me his opinion on if I was looking into something that was not going to be right for me. He was beyond knowledgeable and it felt like I could come to him with anything. Even when I took a few days to do some more research and make sure I wanted to buy the things that were in my cart he would check in often to make sure I had now other questions. Absolutely top tier easily the best customer service I have ever had when making a big purchase like this.

I started with spencer in mid to early january and told him that i wouldnt be able to make an actual purchase until mid february. He constantly gave me updates on item availability and continuously found me new items through the entire month that catered to my preferences as i gave them to him. He might just be the best customer service ive ever experienced to date with anything.

Tremendous Help
5 /5
Ethan was responsive and very helpful in getting me started with some gear. Having some very limited knowledge in skiing, Ethan was able to provide some great suggestions on narrowing down equipment given my budget and preferred style. He helped me save a ton of time, rather than doing hours of research trying to guess on what would suit me best. With his knowledge I have confidence that I was able to make a smart purchase that I will not regret.
