The Mammut Stoney Pants are super lightweight with massive vents that allow you to dump heat when the slopes get steep. They are also very stretchy which means you have a full range of motion when working uphill. As the heat builds up, they breath like Egyptian cotton, but if the weather makes a change and the skies open up with some wet snow/rain, look out! The pants definitely do not hold up to the wet weather in ways you may hope for, and prolonged use will result in some serious stretch marks throughout the crotch. Aside from that, if the weather stays dry, these things are hard to beat for breathability, ease of movement, and straight up performance!
