The Sidekick Sear also offers a versatile, all-in-one cooking option. It is the same exact base unit but instead, comes standard with a removable stainless steel grill box (complimenting the gorgeous stainless steel Sidekick finish, we might add!) The grill box contains cast iron grill grates which really add the heat when searing meats. However, the Sidekick unit itself is part of our 14-inch cook system family. Meaning you can remove the included grill box and add other 14-inch, 1-burner accessories like a griddle, pizza oven, cast iron skillet, pan for boiling or deep frying.

INSTALLATION

Installation for the Sidekick is simple. Using a screwdriver, remove the current side shelf, and use the existing holes to mount your Sidekick in place. All pellet grills and accessories should be properly stored when not in use. Your accessory will fit under both pellet grill cover sizes (PCPG36L & PCPG24L.)
