The Shun Classic Blonde 3.5" Paring Knife is an essential tool for any cook, perfect for peeling, coring, trimming and more. With a three-inch blade made from a proprietary VG-MAX cutting core, this knife is wear and corrosion-resistant, strong and fine-grained to enable a razor-sharp edge on both sides. The blade is supported by 34 layers of stainless Damascus cladding on each side for added stain resistance and easy food release. The D-shaped blonde Pakkawood handle provides comfort for both left- and right-handed users while being durable, beautiful and bacteria-resistant. This knife has a full composite tang that ensures light weight and perfect balance.
