How hot can a Primo grill get?
Primo grills can get very hot because their ceramic construction holds temperature very well. It's great to have one grill that can cook at lower temps while also being able to crank up the temperature and sear steaks. If you open up all of the vents and have a good bed of charcoal coals you can cook with temperatures up to 750 degrees.
