One of the best parts of a Kamado grill is the ability to cook at low temperatures for smoking and higher temperatures for searing. If you have all of your airflow vents wide open you can get your Primo grill to 750 degrees which will allow you to sear steaks and do all of your high-temperature cooking.Answered by:

I was between a rock and a hard place on a grill. Had ordered one directly from the manufacturer, but they mistakenly said they had them in stock, which they were not. I needed the grill by the following week for my Dad's 70th bday. I found the grill on Curated and started talking with Travis.
