Mizuno ST-Z 220 Driver: With a balanced toe/heel carbon construction and central back weight, Mizuno's ST-Z driver encourages a low spinning, efficient ball flight. The modern ground hugging 460cc profile is both inspiring and appealing to elite players. While a heaver 20-gram back weight creates a deeper center of gravity for more efficient performance, more often.

  • More Performance, More Often: The ST-Z delivers your optimum 'more often' through exceptional stability from off-center strikes. An expansion of the carbon sole area by 40% and thinning out the Titanium portion. Alongside a near doubling of the stabilizing back weight.

  • Highly Resilient Forged SAT2041 Beta TI Face: Maintains its characteristics and resists micro-fractures longer than the commonly used 6-4 Ti. Elevated through a multi-thickness CORTECH design for increased ball speeds.

  • Straight Flight Bias Mizuno's Z-Axis design - weight is evenly distributed across toe and heel, encouraging a low spinning stable straight flight.

  • Modern Players Profile: Full 460cc volume pushed slightly to the ground for higher launch and low/mid spin performance. Visually square to slightly open in the standard-setting.

  • Engineered for 'Solid' Feel: Mizuno's Harmonic Impact Research identifies and isolates vibration patterns that elite players associate with a preferred 'solid' feel. Knowledge of exact, preferred vibrations allows Mizuno to build sound into the design.

  • Optimized Wave Sole: Delivers an additional contribution to ball speeds, particularly from low on the club face.

  • Quick Switch Adjustability: With 4 degrees of loft adjustability to fine-tune launch and trajectory.

Paired with the Project X HZRDUS Smoke Black RDX shaft, it will provide a lower launch and ball speeds that are amazing. Ball speed (more distance) is also optimized by the varying thickness of the titanium fact material and wave technology that makes a large portion of the face very reactive. It has a slightly open look at address in a 460cc head with a stabilizing weight in the back of the head. Four degrees of loft tuning enables golfers to achieve their optimal ball flight.

Easy to launch, good value, and know for a providing a stable ball flight. Consistency and stability are the stand-out features from a head that carries the Mizuno's trademark (Nothing Feels Like A Mizuno), with understated excellence. Playable and reliable club for those days we don't strike it that easily.

This driver is a low spin model, helping your ball fly straighter. The center of gravity on this club has been moved to the back, providing you with great performance from a driver that is on the lower end for price. But in this case lower price doesn't mean you're giving up quality.
