The Zwilling Kramer Euroline Damascus Collection 8" Narrow Chef's Knife is a masterpiece created in collaboration with Master Bladesmith Bob Kramer. The knife features a stainless steel blade that has been crafted to perfection, maximizing curves, balance and utility. The blade is hand-finished using a traditional 3-step process by skilled Japanese artisans. The SG2 micro-carbide powder steel used in the construction of the blade ensures scalpel-like sharpness, exceptional edge retention and can withstand more sharpening over its lifespan. The knife also boasts an exceptionally beautiful 100-layer Chevron Damascus pattern that protects the SG2 super steel core.
