BBQGuys Signature kamado accessories are perfect for customizing your grilling needs. This BBQGuys kamado cooking system is versatile and can be used for direct or indirect heat. The heat deflector and cooking grid sections each come in two half moon pieces allowing you to split your grilling temperature into two zone cooking. There are also two cooking grid placement options for lower or higher heat. The whole unit can be lifted out as one if you need to check on your coals at the bottom. This unit is made from 304 stainless steel and cordierite stone. Works with Kamado Joe Classic I, II, III and Big Green Egg Large kamado grills.
