Product details

The Armada Shift 13 is a breakthrough in the crossover binding market and is a great choice for daily resort skiing, or full-day tours in the backcountry. The Hike and Ride Switch changes between a tech set-up for the ascent, requiring pin inserts in the users boots, and a traditional-feeling freeride binding for the descent. It offers a low profile chassis, crampon compatibility, adjustable toe heights, automatic wing adaptation, an oversized platform, easy step-in, climbing aids, locking brakes for the ascent, and is compatible with MNC, GripWalk, and WTR boots.

Key Features:

  • Hike and Ride Switch – The bindings transform from a tech toe for the ascent, to a freeride binding for the descent; Truly a binding that is equally proficient going uphill and down.

  • Climbing Assist – In hike mode, the ski offers a 2-degree and 10-degree setting for uphill assistance.

  • DIN Setting – This binding has a DIN range of 6-13.

Tech toe inserts allow quick and easy uphill ascents, and DIN certified release and safety ratings let you charge without worry on the downhill. When you're not touring, click in and nobody even knows it's a touring binding.
