He took into account what I prioritized but also explained why a suggestion might be out of my initial request. I have changed my boarding style, and a few years ago i bought a board that does not match my style or weight. I explained everything to Ryan and what I wanted to look to do. He listened and gave great advice and explained his DIRECT experience with some of the products, why he liked them, and why he liked them for me.
