The Scanpan HAPTIQ Fry Pan is a professional grade non-stick frying pan. It is made of five-ply stainless steel, then coated with Stranatium. It is a PFOA- and PFOS-free product. This frying pan is safe for all types of cooking surfaces.

Cooks evenly, scrambled eggs glide across the pan, and pancakes cook beautifully. I just got my 1st induction cooktop installed last week and have used my Scanpan several times.
