Almost perfect but not quite!
Originally posted at www.bissell.com on Mar 23, 2024I've had this vacuum for a few years now. For the price, it's a great little unit! If you have a lot of carpet, this won't be the vacuum for you as there is no powerhead. But for hard floors, it's perfect! Love the little bristles on the side of the floor head. I only have 2 cons: 1) sometimes the metal wand becomes detached from the hose and that's a huge pain; 2) the cord frequently gets caught in the small gap between the wheel and the canister, so annoying. But other than that, a fantastic unit and still going strong after 2 years.

Does not have a rotating bristle for carpet
Originally posted at www.bissell.com on Dec 30, 2023I don't see how this can be called a vacuum for carpet without the rotating brush. Very disappointed. Otherwise a great vacuum for hard floors. But I have a lot of carpet.
