Not as expected
Originally posted at www.bissell.com on Apr 24, 2023My biggest issue with this vacuum is that the cord is in the wrong place at the very bottom of the unit making it a hassle to use. There is a place at the top of the handle to push the cord into, but it is not strong enough to hold it and it keeps falling then you end up running over the cord. I have threaded the cord through the handle to keep it from falling and having to pick it up to avoid issues. Not a good design at all or maybe needs improvement on the small bracket that is suppose to hold the cord in place. Also, not a fan in that it does not clean edge to edge. The attachments are terrible, basically no suction when using the attachments, it is frustrating. It is ok if you just want to use it on hard wood floors and low pile carpet but for trying to clean baseboards or window blinds it doesn't work well at all. Plus the hose does not go very far at all and you end up pulling the entire unit over on its side.
