Favorite brand of skis delivers again
Originally posted at www.icelanticskis.com on Dec 11, 2021picked up my second pair of Icelantic skis, Natural 101. Mounted with fritschi vipec 12s. Love this combination. They are light for backcountry work but not too lite that they get pushed around in mixed snow. perfect combination of weight and power for me. Camber profile provides great traction uphill. Big upgrade from my previous pair of a different brand. Rocker is just right for soft snow and holds on firm snow as well.
Icelantic makes very high quality, durable skis. My Nomad 115s are over six years old and still deliver smiles on deep days. Sidewalls are strong, top sheets are a beautiful design. I have been trying to support local businesses and seek American made products. icelantic fits that bill and will buy more for sure. Their staff is very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Great job Icelantic!!! Thank you
