The OvenBond Provisions sheet pans are next level. As someone familiar with standard aluminum sheet pans as the standard, and not thinking much about them, I was shocked at the quality and thoughtfulness put into designing these pans. They are beautiful to look at and can go from oven to table without looking out of place, and actually enhance a table setting. They can also do double duty as an elegant serving platter (they often get used as a serving tray at happy hour here). They are incredibly sturdy with a heavy feel to them that doesn't warp. Oversized handles make it easy to carry and remove from the oven. The aluminum core provides great heat distribution while utilizing the durability of stainless steel. Having used this for several months, I have no doubt this will outlast any baking sheet I've used before. The only drawback is the upfront cost of these sheet pans. But their ability to serve multiple purposes and durability that can last a lifetime, more than justify the price. This is a perfect product for someone who values quality and design and understands the value of making a one-time purchase.
