I have been looking for skis for this upcoming winter, but honestly, i'm a rookie & had some (alot) of questions. I wanted to learn a little about what gear was recommended to me, and why it was selected- not because I didn't trust it- but, because I like to understand the thought process that goes into it! It's just the way I process things. But, Thomas was patient & happily explained everything to me. I also am horribly inconsistent with my response times, and regardless of when I messaged, he always responded in a matter of minutes. Mad respect for Chris who went the extra mile to find me the perfect fit. Every recommendation was followed up with a thorough comparison of all my options and what made them stand out from each other. He even recorded videos, dude. Really, what more could you ask for. And still he’s not the type to try to convince you that somethings great. He just offers up all the facts to let you sit back and feel things out for yourself. Super friendly, reassuring, and will never leave you hanging. I came back to Chris for new recommendations after ghosting him for an entire season and it felt like picking up where you left off with an old friend. Super knowledgeable about the sport and how certain brands will cater to your riding style. Really appreciated that he didn’t recommend the same style of board over and over from different brands.
