There are a few variations of the Wusthof classic paring knife, I own the sheepsfoot version which has a rounder tip than the traditional classic paring knife. Since I never found myself using the tip on other paring knives since most of the paring knife work I do is off the cutting board. I picked this knife up in 2017 on my lunch break from work, I brought it back to tip garlic for morning prep and it performed flawlessly. I have owned it for many years and have never had it professional sharpened, only on my whetstones at home.
