The Srixon ZX4 MKII iron is the ultimate game improving iron set. Catered toward a high handicapper, the large club head gives players an advantage in ball striking. The larger sole will help players who struggle with consistent trikes launch the ball more consistently. The irons will also have maximum forgiveness on mishits outside of the center face.

These irons are absolute gems from srixon, they embody everything that srixon is known for , and they delivered with these irons. The are a cavity back design which allows them to be forgiving and help on miss hits of the ball, but they are also built of a lightweight material that allows for increased swing speed and distance.

The stronger lofts are not a problem. Instead of a 7 iron, I'm hitting 8 iron. I'd buy these again without hesitation.

With memories of my old blades
Originally posted at us.dunlopsports.com on May 10, 2024In younger years, as I sharpened my game, I grew to appreciate the workability of my Haig Ultra blades. I used them until adult responsibilities got the better of my game. Now as a super senior, picking up game again, I've found that my ZX7 irons give me the same joy as the blades -- with more forgiveness, which I need at this age. The pure strikes are sublime, and the accuracy makes me think I might become that same player again (never mind the Advil).
