Great for someone looking for a light weight bag

Disappointing
Originally posted at www.callawaygolf.com on Aug 20, 2023Considering Callaway's length of time in the golf equipment market, you'd think by now they would be able to design golf bags properly. Why can't a cart bag have the shoulder strap and club positioning as staff bags and stand bags (i.e., woods and shoulder strap on top side and putter and wedges on bottom side)? Also disappointing is the pocket design. Ball pocket, fine; small pocket for gloves, keys, etc. above ball pocket, fine; but having two large size pockets running the length of the bag makes no sense, when there are always mid-sized items, such as sun block, various tools, tee/ball marker case, etc. that are too large for the small incidental pocket but too small for the full-length pocket.
Secondly, and really disappointing, is the name customization option that I purchased. Using the self-design tool on the website, I was concerned enough about the (very small) font size that appeared on the virtual design that I called customer service to ask if the font size was adjustable, i.e., to make larger. When I was informed that font size adjustment wasn't possible, I specifically asked if the virtual design reflected the actual size, considering how small it looked. The rep assured me that with the delivered product the size would be "appropriate" for good visibility. But, no, it wasn't. As you can see in the attached image, the font size on the name on the ball pocket is pitifully small, about 3/8". I regret paying the extra charge for this ridiculous name customization.

Sara recommended 3 choices for woods and irons. I settled on the TRS2 3W and TRS2 Hybrid with specific shafts she also recommended and the Golf Pride Tour Wrap G2 grips I preferred. I selected the Mizuno JPX923 Hot Metal Pro Irons and got the 4-PW and added the G, L and S wedges with the shafts Sara recommended and the same grips I preferred. This combo is the best I have ever hit providing me with great satisfaction almost each time I hit the ball as I still, occasionally, hit a bad shot but that’s on me and not the club selection. Sara really was spot on with her selection of clubs for me and I also was recommended the Scotty Cameron Phantom putter which is the best putter I have ever had. Thanks again Sara! Really appreciate your knowledge and help!

Instead of just asking for measurements and experience Bobby was more thorough and asked how dedicated i am, what kind of playing i do and things that most overlook. Took the time to send a video explaining the clubs he recommended for me and gave me two great options based on the information. i was having a hard time finding clubs on my own and if not for Bobby specifically i probably would have gave up and kept renting low quality clubs.
