Serious Learning Curve

I can't seem to get the right pressure, or consistency of drip no matter if I use fresh coffee beans or different dial settings. I'm getting frustrated. The videos make it seem easy enough to get some kind of froth and drip from just a matter of a few adjustments. Not reality.

Matthew was so helpful. I had no idea how complicated shopping for an espresso machine would be, and before I knew it, I was in over my head.
