Even when I ghosted him for several weeks, which I do feel bad about, he was kind and patient and saw all the way through to the end with me. I really like how Curated approaches their sales process. With so many option the nuances between boards and sizes can make deciding on a board difficult. I kind of had an idea about what i was looking for, but Tristan helped me really get dialed in with the perfect gear. He helped me with sizing the board because i was torn between getting a wide board or not. He did a great job at explaining what he liked about certain products, so it was very helpful when picking out my stuff.
