The Salomon Super 8 is a wide-profile, all-mountain board that is designed for optimal float, precision, speed, and response. The board has a backseat camber profile, and a directional shape that makes it super fun to ride and a perfect addition to any quiver. It is perfect for the rider who is looking for a high-quality board to ride in the fresh snow that will also handle the whole mountain well.
Key Features:
- Quadratic Sidecuts – This board blends different sidecut radii, to provide the rider with multiple contact points, great control, and quick edge-to-edge transitions.
- Tapered Profile – The tail width is tapered down, helping to improve the float without taking away performance and edge hold.
- All Mountain Edge Bevel – This board comes with a 1-degree bevel in the nose and tail, and a 2-degree bevel between the feet; This prevents hang-ups and edge catches and provides great edge hold.
