For an intermediate or advanced all-mountain rider, the Jones Stratos can't be beat. If owning just one board, the Stratos can do just about anything. Its directional shape makes it easy to bomb the mountain, it lays down a wicked carve, and due to its sidecut radius it is able to make tight turns easily. The 3D Contour Base provides a beveling at the nose that is great to float through powder, and the Traction Tech 3.0 helps to hold an edge even in icy conditions.

The Women's Stratos is a hybrid all-mountain board built with the body of a directional freeride board and the spirit of a freestyle board. The Women's Stratos has a playful board feel thanks to a narrow sidecut and friendly flex, but the 10mm of taper and 3D Contour Base 3.0 give it the float and turn performance of a pow board. The directional rocker profile and Traction Tech 3.0 keep the Women's Stratos locked on edge accelerating into carves and the textured Eco-plastic top sheet and Basalt stringers add torsional response and reduce board chatter in rough terrain. The Women's Stratos also features Float Pack inserts that offer a setback stance option for the deepest days.

I’m brand new to snowboarding (but have done other board sports🏄🏻‍♀️🛹) and know nothing about snowboarding! I’m so thankful for Alex because he was able to find me the perfect board, bindings and boots - all within my budget! He also was able to answer all my questions and get back to me fast! On top of which he checked on me after I received my products to ensure everything fit right and was to my liking which I really appreciate! 😊 Lastly he reminded me of my credits that I had from my first purchase and recommend multiple options for things I can spend it on that are easily forgotten about when your new to snowboarding (even though they’re kinda important - such as gloves, goggles, travel case, etc).
