The Reckoner 112s are built for upper intermediate to expert skiers who prefer a more playful and freestyle-oriented ski that can hunt down powder stashes in trees and boost natural airs all over the mountain. These are a playful, twin-tip style ski for when the snow is deep!

Expert verdict
The Reckoner 112 from K2 is a super fun twin-tip all-mountain ski that can get jiggy in the park and on natural features, but also won't be held back when the snow gets deep and plentiful. The Reckoner definitely leans more toward the soft and playful side of the ski spectrum, due to a twin-tip design and heavy rocker in the tip and tail; this ski likes to butter and jib its way down the mountain rather than charge super hard at high speeds. Still, due to K2's carbon spectral braid, the Reckoner can still carve a decent turn on hardpack. But if you want a ski for arcing high-speed GS turns, these are not it. The Reckoner really shines when the snow piles up, as the girthy 112 mm waist and soft tips and tails make it a dream come true for skiers who like to slarve and smear their way down the mountain. This twin-tip all-mountain ski is for creative skiers looking far beyond the boundaries of the groomed runs.
