Who would love these
The Mindbenders are perfect for aggressive advanced and expert skiers who like a stiffer ski underfoot for arcing high-speed turns, but still want plenty of float for the deep powder days.
Why I recommend these
Expert verdict
The Mindbender 108Ti is a stout and demanding ski for experienced skiers who want the best of both worlds: a ski they can rip at high speed on groomers, but will still float and slarve through powder and more technical terrain. K2's Titanal Y-Beam keeps the Mindbender stiff underfoot, so it can rail high-speed turns on hardpack, but a softer tip and tail combined with a healthy amount of rocker mean the ski can still easily pivot through tighter terrain and float on the deep days. The Mindbender is an impressively versatile all-mountain ski. And while it's a bit too wide, a bit too stiff, and even a bit too heavy for more novice skiers, the Mindbender is an all-mountain Swiss army knife for advanced and expert skiers who want a ski that can slay the whole mountain.

The Mindbender 108Ti delivers at any speed in any conditions. A mid-fat waist width, long turn radius, All-Terrain Rocker profile, and Titanal Y-Beam construction work together to create a stable, unflinching freeride ski that wants to be pushed. Whether the snow is soft, firm, chunky, or all of the above, you’ll be ready to play through.

- Super stable ski at any speed.
- Great for uneven/variable terrain, as it will charge through anything.
- Easy turn initiation.
- Stiffer and heavier than a ski that is all carbon/wood, so less of a playful ski.
