The Rossignol Experience W 76 are, hands down, one of the best entry-level skis available for budget-conscious lady skiers wanting to skip the rental lines and get their own pair of skis to learn and grow on. These skis are built with a soft and forgiving yet confidence-inspiring, wood core that somehow makes them easy to turn, while also creating a very stable feeling underfoot. On the Experiences, I could execute turns with ease, but the skis never felt loose or chattery on firmer snow. The Rossignol DriveTip also ensured a very smooth ride by absorbing all the little bumps and imperfections I encountered along the snow surface. And as a bonus, Rossignol only uses sustainably-harvested wood in their cores. While these are likely too soft for more experienced and aggressive lady skiers, they are perfect for progressing beginners and intermediates looking for a first pair of skis to call their own.
